Creamy Orange Chia Pudding


1 1⁄4 cups florida orange juice

3 cups vanilla unsweetened almond milk

1 cup white chia seeds

3 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon grated orange zest

1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla

thinly sliced florida orange peel (to garnish) (optional)


1. Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes and whisk again.

2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, then dish it up and serve. Garnish it with a fresh orange peel if desired.
